HOW DOES SANCAROL HANDLE SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
By viewing this Website and information/services offered for on this Website, you are agreeing to these company policy terms and conditions in regards to Shipping and Returns. When changes are made, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Site Terms.
PACKAGING/SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES/LIABILITIES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULES
(Currently) Sancarol products are not shipped internationally. Your shipping costs and liabilities are determined based on which carrier service is provided. Here in the United States Sancarol uses various shippers based on products ordered to deliver your product orders.
Specifically for commissioned items, packaging and shipping charges are incurred by the customer through their selection of one (1) of three (3) contracted carriers; United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedX) or United States Postal Service (USPS). The shipper of choice maintains any damage liability that occurs during shipping. (See their specific coverages and terms for further details). Sancarol is available to help locate your shipments through their respective tracking systems. In the event that you've received your items damaged please reach out to us via the Contact page with tracking number information for assistance.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Sancarol utilizes print on demand companies, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you (the customer) ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. In the case of refunds only regular priced non-commissioned items may be considered for refunds. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Commissioned artworks cannot be exchanged or refunded (See additional details covering commissioned artworks in our Frequently Asked Questions). Additionally, to consider your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to our Print Providers and can no longer have additional edits, additional details or cancelled. If the shipment details provided by you (the customer) were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Sancarol is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. The customer is responsible for providing the right information.
However, we may offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing errors, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back. If issues arise with the replacement order, we may offer you a refund. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis with refunds provided to the same payment source where it initially came from.
Please feel free to contact us with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.
