By viewing this Website and information/services offered for  on this Website, you are agreeing to these company policy terms and conditions in regards to Shipping and Returns. When changes are made, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Site Terms.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

Once an order has been placed - returns, exchanges or refunds are not applicable should customers order a wrong size, color, does not provide correct complete delivery address or simply doesn’t like the product. Only regular priced items may be considered for refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Additionally, to consider your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

However, Sancarol will offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error and printing issues. In the event a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to the manufacturer.

 

Finally, if issues arise with a replacement order, Sancarol may offer you a refund via the same payment method used to place the order. We will investigate your issue to provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.

PACKAGING/SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES/LIABILITIES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULES

(Currently) Sancarol products are not shipped internationally.

Here in the United States Sancarol uses various shippers based on products ordered to deliver your product orders.

COMMISSIONED ARTWORKS-SHIPMENTS

For commissioned artworks the customer selects their shipper of choice who in turn maintains any damage liability that occurs during shipping. (See their specific terms for further information). Packaging and Shipping charges are incurred by the customer through their selection of one (1) of three (3) contracted carriers; United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedX) or United States Postal Service (USPS). We will make ourselves available to help locate your packages with provided tracking. In the event that you've received your items damaged please, reach out to us via the Contact page with tracking number information so that we may assist you with your shipping supplier claim(s).
