Your purchase is an investment in a work of art. Properly caring for your merchandise will protect this investment and enable enjoyment for many years to come. Here are some tips for preserving and caring.

Canvas and Paper Prints​

Prints are fragile. Natural oil on our fingers (even clean ones) will create marks on prints that cannot be reversed, so handle your prints as little as possible and with care. Canvas or paper print that gather any dust may be wiped it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

 Art Mugs​

Mugs are shipped in cardboard boxes with crash-lock base and inner fitting inserts to protect them in transit.​ Sancarol artwork is ink-jet printed on to ceramic mugs. White mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Matte black magic mugs, however, should only be hand-washed, and you can't put them in a microwave. Note that they're also prone to scratches, so be extra careful. 

 Outerwear

Tees, sweats and hoodies all come with various recommended cleaning tips based on material makeup and fabric content. Check individual product descriptions for specific recommendations.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Our Returns and Refund policy lasts 21 days. If 22 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For packages lost in transit, (not delivered) all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Keep in mind if tracking information states an order was delivered to you, any replacements would have to be at your expense. 

 

There are various reasons an order may be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Should this be the reason we will ask you how you would like to proceed with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been returned to us as undeliverable or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Do you ship internationally?


Currently we only ship to the United States and certain Canadian provinces/territories. Our company is steadily growing and looking forward to additional international locations in the future.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept most major credit cards; (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not accept PayPal, WhatsApp, personal checks or money orders.

We take your security very seriously by verifying each transaction with the credit company and processing only those orders if the credit company so authorizes it. In the case of a suspicious or declined transaction, our company may contact you to confirm the validity and ensure your identity or cancel that order with full notification. For more detailed information see our Payments page.  Please note  most credit cards offer protection for buyers conducting  online purchases. Please contact them directly for specific details as they vary from one financial institution to another.

How do I track my order / contact your couriers?

We utilize UPS/FedEX/DHL/USPS delivery services.  Each couriers website is linked to your product tracking numbers. These tracking numbers are forwarded to you via email communications once your order is shipped.

My merchandise was received damaged. Now what?

 

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods along with a brief description through the Contact form . After we review the issue we will send you return instructions. Should the damages be on our end, we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

How are late or missing refunds handled (if applicable)?

If you are due but haven’t yet received a refund, re-check your bank account. If the refund is not there, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

There is often some processing time between banks/credit card companies before a refund is posted. If you’ve have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the Contact Form.

What are your delivery options?

 

We use Standard Shipping which has a delivery standard of 5-7 business days. Transportation availability as a result of nationwide Covid-19 will definitely impact package deliveries.  Although we look for products to be delivered between 5 - 7 business days, please anticipate "standard delivery" may occur (during the pandemic) in some instances as long as 21 days.

Can customer orders be canceled after being placed?

We will attempt (but cannot guarantee) to cancel an order once placed by the customer. We are a print by demand company. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once processed by your credit card companies so please ensure your purchase request is correctly inputted.
